We are looking for a Junior Campaign Officer with a strong interest in health and well-being to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to create personalized email campaigns that inspire customers to discover and embrace products that empower them to take care of their health and well-being.
You will play a key role in increasing purchase rates and basket sizes through engaging, relevant, and strategic email marketing. Collaborating with Trade Marketing, Country Managers, Pricing, and Sourcing teams, you will ensure that every campaign aligns with our mission: making health and well-being more accessible to everyone.
Main responsibilities
Campaign Creation and Execution:
- Campaign Briefing: Prepare structured campaign briefing documents and folders following best practices and naming conventions.
- Task Management: Organize and oversee tasks in our project management tool, ensuring smooth collaboration across design, pricing, and forecasting teams.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the entire process of email campaigns, from drafting copy to post-campaign analysis.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement innovative and targeted campaign strategies to identify target audiences and define campaign objectives with senior team members
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns meet quality assurance standards and are delivered accurately and on time.
- Performance Analysis: Measure campaign success, monitor progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and conduct continuous testing and analysis to improve performance metrics.
Technology/System Management:
- Tool Agnosticism: Utilize various tools for creating Smart lists and segmentation, setting up batch and trigger campaigns, landing pages, forms, and alerts.
- Best Practices: Establish and maintain best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to email procedures and privacy laws, enforcing opt-out procedures.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain data integrity within the marketing team and during list imports, campaign creations, naming… ensuring ongoing data cleansing.
Reporting:
- Campaign Tracking: Work with website developers and admins to ensure accurate planning and tracking of campaign flows.
- Management Reporting: Create monthly and quarterly reports to update management on campaign and lead generation success.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor ongoing campaign performance and propose improvements, including segmentation, distribution channels, and messaging adjustments.

Job requirements
Your Profile
- Strong interest in health, well-being, e-commerce, and marketing.
- Maximum 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Curious and eager to learn, with a consumer-centric mindset.
- University degree in Marketing and/or Communication.
- Experience in project management, loyalty programs, or email marketing.
- Autonomous, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and proactive skills.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus.
