Job description

The Marketing Assistant provides operational support to the entire Marketing Department by handling marketing-related tasks and making recommendations.

Main responsibilities

Responsibility for Operational Support

To contribute to the achievement of the department’s objectives:

 

·         Prepare, plan, and support the implementation of advertising, promotional, and commercial activities towards customers, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of marketing actions.

·         Draft and maintain the procedures manual related to the activities of the Marketing Assistant.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for the different marketing departments and external suppliers regarding the implementation of actions.

Ensure the Proper Execution of the Marketing Department’s Tasks

·         Serve as the point of contact with suppliers to collect required assets.

·         Activate and remove banners on the website.

·         Implement gift, sample, and flyer campaigns.

·         Carry out a variety of promotional actions on the website.

·         Coordinate the execution of promotional activities.

·         Contribute to the production of multimedia content.

·         Continuously update and maintain professional knowledge and technical skills in marketing to maximize expertise and ensure their optimal application within the organization.

 

Support to Other Departments

·         Assist with social media contests organized by Newpharma, including sending communications and gifts to clients.

·         Provide support for various marketing projects and eCommerce initiatives.

·         Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and develop efficient and user-friendly operational marketing activities.

·         Coordinate with the logistics team to set up different activities (gifts, flyers, samples, etc.).

·         Work closely with graphic designers to activate banners on the website.

·         Liaise with the Marketing Project Manager team to coordinate project-related actions.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, or a related field

  • Solid knowledge of the eCommerce sector.

  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are a strong asset).

  • Strong organizational skills with a rigorous and structured approach.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively among multiple objectives and execute to achieve results.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
